Do I need to put a postage stamp on the envelope when posting the reg document to Shannon for change of owner?

    Thanks.

    Yes - it's not a freepost address.

I tend to post them registered TBH.

Had one go missing once and guy ran up a load of M50 tolls. Nightmare to sort out.

Address it is being sent to is recorded however, so its better than nothing. Granted it could be an empty envelope but how many people would go to that bother.

Selling a car for a few hundred euros, the €7.50 for registered postage ain't going to break the bank. Also its nice to give the tracking number to the new owner, its better than nothing. At least thats my logic!
