After James Gurney, author of Dinotopia :pac:

    http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2014/03/140305-dinosaurs-biggest-europe-torvosaurus-gurneyi-animals-science/

It's a second species of Torvosaurus, was about 10 meters long/5 tons and had fewer teeth than its North American cousin.

It's being called Europe's largest theropod, but if I'm not mistaken there's teeth of larger ones (possibly carcharodontosaurs) known from Spain, and Baryonyx was probably in the same size range if we consider the original specimen was not fully grown... Also, this would be the species depicted in Dinosaur Revolution so it's really not all that new...
