Heathrow: Terminal 3 or 5?

    Hi I searched but didn't find a thread comparing these two.

    I have a choice of airlines and times but I see that one goes via each terminal. Occasionally I've heard people say one terminal or the other is awful. Is there much hassle with either? Or is it really all the same?

    I'm thinking security hassle, facilities, size, navigation, queues etc.
