    Hi,

Anyone come across any good prices/deals on GP4000s or a tyre to race & train on for the year?

    Thanks!

Have a look at swim cycle run. Generally competitive I find, plus Irish.

http://www.bike24.com have a good price, but as they charge for shipping, you may want to bundle a few other bits to get the value.
Which I see as a perfectly valid excuse to buy more random bike stuff :)

I've also bought them on www.bike-discount.de before, but they don't seem to be listed at the moment.

Probably because they were selling them out there's a new version of them out.

Don't think this can be beaten if you are buying enough parts to make the postage and credit card charge worth while. €22.50 might be worth organising a group buy.

I just ordered a set of the new gp Attack and force II for €60 from starbike. Managed to get a pair from bike24 for €55 last year. You won't get quite the same mileage out of them as the 4000s but are a nicer tyre for racing good bit lighter. I ran them all last year on latex tubes and haven't punctured once probably guts of 4000 km on them they're fairly shot now though.
