Adjustable Comb

    I have the same make as trimmer below. I have a Adjustable Comb but unsure how to use it. How do you know which is long and short lengths from using the types below.

    I don't know the exact terminology, but usually there is a plastic guard which fits over the blades which can be adjusted up and down. Typically you'd remember/know what numbers you want for a given hair style. On mine I have 2 guards which gives me sizes 1-10. I just use 4 all over.

    Start on a high number and keep working shorter until you find the correct number and remember it for next time.

    The more blade that is exposed the closer the shave.
    The.closer the adjustable guard is to the razor the closer the cut.
