Vrt question

I'll be over working in the uk for 5months,can I buy a car there and bring it back afterwards and not pay the vrt?ill stay the extra month so to be there for months but I'll be in a hotel for that period if time so won't have any utility bills in my name?would I be able to get away with not paying the vrt lads??
