Tesco mobile tripled the cost of ringing 11850, website still shows old prices.

    Shocked when my €20 bill came in at €57. I'm off to 48 months after this last gaff. Here's a screenshot in case they update it. My charges were from valentines, so it didn't happen overnight and I was still informed incorrectly.

    Here's what the website says today:

    Called customer care, got the price changed to the correct charge (to the penny), but was told I'd still have to pay this €57 bill. Apparently if I leave I'll get a refund to my card from the mistake (assuming no additional call charges, which I won't have this month).
