Just so I'm sure I picked this up right, every year you go to CARB website and confirm you completed the required 70 hours CPD.

You maintain your own records, and so long as the CPD meets the required standard, all is well.

So if my firm provides 10 days technical training per year (70 hours), and I'm satisfied it ticks all the boxes, thats it. I dont need to ask CAI to approve the courses or go on their courses?

Didn't think it was 70 hours per year for CAI. That's a lot.

I would imagine the onus remains with you that the training is relevant to your qualification.
