Inheritance question re furniture.

I am looking at a real family will.
One paragraph reads 'I devise and bequeath my dwellinghouse at .......to my son A. There is no mention of 'furniture' or chattels or anything like that anywhere in the will.
The final paragraph states that 'all the rest, residue and remainder of my property both real and personal and wheresoever situated' to my daughter B.

So my questions are, (1.)Who gets the furniture? and (2.) Who gets the personal property in the house (e.g. clothes etc.) ?

If you want proper advice go see a solicitor who can properly interpret the will.

But I think you already know the answer, everything that isn't specifically mentioned goes to the residuary legatee. This likely includes the contents of the house.
