In the past fortnight (FEB 2014) I heard a female (I think - Miriam OC, Mary Wilson ???, certainly RTE radio 1) presenter interview an irish male about a huge construction contract that an irish firm (in southern half of ireland) had got to build in the Middle East and he said they would be recruiting 100s / 1000s??? to work there.

I know this is very vague but would anyone be more familiar with the details - especially the company name. I meant to follow up straightaway for a family construction worker but forgot and have forgotten the details now...
    Many thanks ...
