New Android Tablet problem

I have just brought my son a new Android tablet after he broke his old one,
he used to watch viooz films on his old one, but on the new one films with viooz play at double speed, voices sound like Donald Duck!, it did come with flashplayer already installed,updated that and tryed firefox browser, still no good, the system is 4.2.2 i think its jelly bean on tablet,any ideas how to get this to work.(it will play utube videos ok). viooz is the problem. thks

GO TO google play store ,search video player free
theres media players ,free download,
vlc player,VIDEOLAN player
or search movie video players on play store.
DOES youtube work as normal speed?
do music players work at normal speed.?

i dont know what viooze films are .?
MOST tablets play mp4 ,and avi files from a preloaded app.

On viooz.com films you play the film on the site, you dont download it,
(give it ago,you will see what i mean), plays on my laptop,desktop,broken tablet, but not the new one ,i use the hdmi connection to connect to tv,
shame because its a good site for recent films.
