    Hi all,

So I started a job in 2011 and wasn't given a raise until a year and 8 months later after much persuasion. A week later, my boss came to me and said he made a mistake so took a considerable chunk of the raise back from me.

I was incredibly pissed off with it and have been since (just over a year and 2 months ago) but I recently learned that what he did was against the law.

    Is this right?

    Thanks in advance :)

Did you not just sign a new contract with Arsenal?

how is it against the law? Its not very professional, but he didnt take the money out of your pocket I presume. He just made the raise a lot smaller? Or did I misunderstand?
