What do you think of a company who:
    • Hires IT grads, pays them about £18 - £21k salary, charges client probably £200-£300 a day
    • Great way to get experience I suppose
    • Gives you 16 weeks or so training unpaid.
    • No gaurentee of a job at the end of it.
    • You must stay with them 2 years or pay them back £20k in training fees
    • Have to relocate as needed (losing rent deposit!)
    • Have bad reviews on glassdoor.com

    Its potentially a good opportunity.

But... If I spent a few more months job hunting, I may find a grad/entry level role in Ireland or directly with a company in the UK (or maybe I wouldn`t!)

Same as a lot of organisations - accountancy, consultancy etc.

Don't like the sound of unpaid training though if it is a graduate programme.
