    Its really dependant on how much you want to spend. For example, some companies here wont entertain enquiries if the budget is under 10k, its the first thing they'll ask. if you have a limited budget, you could get it made or at least the development done by a company located elsewhere (Vietnam,India, Philippines)

    If you are looking for an individual/freelancer, you could try the software forum on boards or creativeireland

    or elance.com for someone abroad.
