Hi, Does anyone have any software recommendations or advice on integrating Opencart with Ebay & Amazon? Looking for something to primarily export from Opencart to those stores but also to manage the stock as well would be handy.

Looks like it does something like what you are looking for.

It is there by default in versions from 1.5 onwards

The addon is called esellerpro.

Lots of other options, choose carefully as the quantity of products and the frequency of updates will differ from product to product.
