query re lack of a bill

    Hi

    I upgraded to efibre in December last. unlike some i found the service excellent, given date for changeover and tech came and everything great.

    Was sent a note sayingIi'd get first bill in 2-4 weeks.

    As I was in credit i have let february go but still no sign of a bill.

    As I have had to come looking for one, i'm assuming there will be a generous discount.
