need bank statement urgently

    ok so my social welfare meeting is on thursday, i am about to sign on and need to bring bank statements. i tried to get them online but my phone is not registered so it would take 7 days. in the branch it would surely take longer to post. what can i do? is there any way i can get bank statements to show the social welfare officer my current account? i thought i could just print it from online but i cant. is it possible to print a bank statement from an atm? would they accept these?

    What bank are you with? Some have mini statement printers in the branches, if you got customer service to put a stamp on these the social may accept them in the interim while you're waiting for your full statement to arrive.

    go into bank and ask to print off mini statement

    Go to your branch and ask them for a mini statement which will show your last few transactions and your current balance which is what they are mostly interested in. The bank may even be able to print and give you a copy of your last statement but might charge for it.
