Hi all, can anyone tell me if there is a soccer academy (or more than one) for children (age 5) in North County Dublin? I know there is one in lusk but was looking for other options too, thank you in advance

Yes, the FAI are running a pilot project at the moment for 5/6 yr olds on a Monday evening at 5.00pm in Flemington Community centre beside Dunnes, I brought my boy on Monday, it was very good, the kids enjoyed themselves. It costs 5.00eu

Also Balbriggan FC do a junior soccer skills starting back on a Sunday morning @ 11.00 in the field opposite the graveyard on the 16th March. That costs 2.00 for their club draw and a 1 euro subs.

The NDSL Academy is on the Oscar Traynor Road, closer to Santry than Coolock. Might be worth giving them a call. Here's a link - http://www.ndsl.ie/ndsl-academy,content/

Thanks.! I had a look at the web page and it looks great but it's for children 7 and up but definitely a place to have in mind for the future
