Hey all, Just looking for a recommendation for a physio...Managed to do something to my glute and after a week of rest it seems to not improved so would like to get a physio to have a look

I've gone to Castletroy Physio a couple of times over different things and find them very good. They're willing to go the extra mile and I've never had to go back to them about the same thing twice.

Can't vouch for them personally but my brother received good treatment from them for a troublesome knee.
