Been reading that you can wrap them in cling film and put them in the fridge for a day or two. Would this work ok for BIN primer? Doing a big job in the kitchen but can only get an hour or two each night and it's a pain washing them out each time. Probably not good for the brushes either.
    Cheers

Yep, wrap in cling or plastic bag. If you are using it again the next day just leave it in the empty pot, it will soften when dipped in BIN again. Left one in the back of the van for 5 days, worked it in again today, good as new.

I've been doing the fridge and freezer thing with my paint brushes for years. For oil-based paints wrap in cling/ small plastic bag and stick in the freezer and this will keep the brush fresh and useable for several days. For water based paints and emulsions I wrap again but place in fridge. For Zinnser Bin (shellac base) I wrap and put in freezer, but it's not as effective as it is with an oil based product, but saves on cleaning between coats. All work great and cuts down on the amount of cleaning and wearing out brushes and wasting solvents etc.

Haven't tried putting a brush used for bin primer in the fridge. My solution is to use cheap throwaway brushes for bin primer. Its easier than trying to clean them out. I find they tend to get a bit crusty. If using again in the same day then wrapping in cling film does help.

Yep, agreed- Bin primer is hard on brushes so I would tend to use my poorer brushes with it.
