fetac level 4 itc

    so im hoping to start a course with solas in a few weeks. its a course on social madia for business.

    the issue is they have sent me a letter today asking me to attend a meeting on friday (no problem) and bring proof of my fetac level 4 in itc (problem)

    what on earth is a fetac level 4 in itc? what is itc?

    im highly competant in all things computer but im now worried that if i dont have this level 4 ITC that i wont be allowed to do the course.

    could someone tell me what this is that they are asking for. maybe give an example of a level 4 itc would be. is it something that would take a long time to complete or is it something that i wouldnt need if i was competent?
