My First Dispute on Ebay

    07Feb bought something in Italy because estimated delivery in on 13Feb-17Feb via Paypal. Seller said 3-4 days to ship, but shipped on 14Feb.

    17Feb i asked for the est. delivery they said maybe by midweek. 24Feb i asked for tracking. Checked it 'In Transit' on Germany.

    27Feb i asked them why my package in on Germany & I live in Ireland. 28Feb filed a dispute om Paypal (until 20March). They answered, the problem is on the carrier & they opened an investigation.

    What should i do next?

    Ask for a refund? Send back to my account.
    Ask for a replacement? Wait again..

    I will message the seller that after 10 days of dispute, & no solution. I will escalate & wait for Paypal to decide.

    Comments & Suggestion will highly appreciated. thank's a mil.

    A lot of European mail transits through Germany. You have 10 days to escalate a claim in PayPal, so if you don't get it by the 8th you need to escalate it.

    No point in asking for a refund yet, because the Seller/PayPal probably won't agree to it.

    A lot of European mail transits through Germany. You have 10 days to escalate a claim in PayPal, so if you don't get it by the 8th you need to escalate it.

    No point in asking for a refund yet, because the Seller/PayPal probably won't agree to it.

    1. 3-4 days to ship after cleared payment. (shipped after 7 days)

    2. Estimated delivery 13Feb - 17Feb. (Not receive it yet)

    Can i put it in Paypal Resolution Center as wrong description.

    Sh*t happens, sometimes things arrive quickly - sometimes they don't. At the moment you aren't going to win a PayPal dispute. If you lose now because you're impatient, you can't reopen if it doesn't arrive.

    So what's the best thing right now, wait for the result of the seller's investigation. If no solution with them, after 10 days of dispute. Escalate on Paypal by 10March which is a month after my purchase.

    Last night I asked the seller, What investigation are you doing and if you called the Freight Company.

    This morning I received a message from them, that finally they found my parcel and needs 24 hours to deliver to me.

    And i got another email from the seller, about Ebay feedback (give 4.5 - 5 stars).
