RTE1 Glitch on Primetime - Sublimal Messeging from our State Broadcaster?

Was what just happened on RTE1 an attempt to sublimal messege the public that went wrong?

The messege was "Irish, Ukrainians, not Russians" played on loop over and over again.

This was played at the end of a current affairs debate on the Russian-Ukrainian conflict when most viewers would be forming their opinions

The glitch only happened on the standard channel, it didn't happen on the HD channel.

Not very subliminal if they announced it was a giant mistake, everyone watching noticed it and it didn't bloody well work, now is it?

By my reckoning it was definitely 15 minutes. May have been 20.

It was not 30 minutes.

Yep 30 mins I did not watch it myself but seen the you tube video.

It is strange that it was played for 30 mins after a debate they should do it ever time there is elections.

Its not just strange its down right crazy...but RTE are wonderful they are not trying to pull the wool over our eyes.

Well I was told 30 mins I would say they got massive complaints over it .
