Is this show gone wonky for everyone? Same 4 words repeated over and over.

It's an interview with a Russian Diplomat about Ukraine, it's in the break now and same 4 words still in a loop.

was fine for me - I was curious as to why they cut so suddenly and with no warning, thought it might have been a nutjob in the crowd who shouted out a minute or so before they went off air
