    Hi Lads,

I'm looking to get a set of shirts made for my work Society , around 30. Anyone have any contacts or suggestions of companies doing this around the Dublin area or have any idea how much I'd be paying per shirt? Obviously don't want to spend mad money on them.

If you are ever down in The Arbouretum near Bagnalstown, Co.Carlow, they have a shop called the Edinburgh Clothing Company there. They have excellent golf clothing offers. Hippo polo shirts, Pringle polo shirts, etc. €14 - €18. Montgomerie jumpers €24. Really good bargains. I picked up a few yesterday.

Why not order tops from somewhere like http://www.sportsdirect.com/golf/clothing/mens-golf-tops?utm_source=Golf-Event&utm_medium=Event-Page&utm_campaign=Golf-Event and then take to local embroidery shop to get logo's on.

Apologies, I completely misread your post & didn't realise you were looking to have them personalised.

We use www.personaliseit.ie for our work clothing/polo shirts.
They are Fruit of the Loom polos, heavy duty. I think they were €24 + vat each including the embroidering. They charge a one-off €10 to make the template for the embroidery, any re-orders do not have this charge.

They have a huge choice of clothing & if lighter ones were required, they could be cheaper. They also deliver the order.

I've used Camden Clothing on Camden Street in the past to get hats embroidered for our society. Didn't have to pay to get a template created as we were only using lettering which saved €50 so hats supplied and embroidered for approx €15 each. http://www.camdenclothing.ie/
