I need to replace all 4 drop links on a car, 2 in the front and 2 in the rear.

    http://www.micksgarage.com/proddetails.aspx?pid=1444424

    http://www.micksgarage.com/proddetails.aspx?pid=1599129

But I'm confused, I need the left and right on the front and back replaced so 4 links altogether but do those 2 items I linked to include four links? So I should just drop 1 of the front one for €11 and one of the back one for €10 in my shopping basket and Ill be good to go?

Or does each URL only get you one link, so I should buy 2 of the Front URL and 2 of the Rear URL for €40 in total? Genuinely confused here and I need to order tonight.

In the case of an item being part of a pair, you will be prompted at "checkout" when you have filled your basket and duly advised. This is before you click "BUY" and so is failsafe. The website is user friendly and you can also ring customer care in the event you have any queries.

Perfect thanks, they're obviously interchangeable left/right and all you have to worry about is front and back then, thanks.

EDIT: By the way AwesomeSocks10 for 10% off everything on Micks Garage.

Rear ones says rear both left right, front ones only mentions front axle. Not all interchangeable, pay attention for identification on the packaging.

Has your car drums or discs?

What cable do you want.. central, rear left or rear right?

Answer them and thats the cable to get :)

There is, look through the attributes for the parts and you'll see "fitting position right" and then whether your car has drums or discs is the final query and you have the cable :)

Oh right, thanks a million for the help but are you sure? Looking on Ebay I see actual Mondeo handbrake cables, those just look like brake cables or is it all the same?

In a similar problem Ive been asked to get a wishbone arm right hand front but is that just a Wishbone? Ive never seen Wishbones and seperate Wishbone arms...

The central forward cable is usually a bare metal cable where as the rear ones are always within a rubber hose. Otherwise they'd corrode quite fast.
Depending on the car you can have just wishbones, or a mix or again no wishbones and just arms.

You really need to take a look under the car and familiarise yourself with what you got, once you've done that then you'll see the part listed instantly :)

But is there a difference between handbrake cables and brake cables? I was told to get a right handbrake cable?

Brake cables are for your handbrake which is what you have in the link.

Brake lines are for your foot brake.

You have the correct page is stuff there :)
