BIOS Frustration!

I've bricked my 7990 on BIOS 1, working fine on BIOS. Despite trawling through pages and pages on various forums I can't find how to restore BIOS 1 - I can not boot OR POST with BIOS 1. Any help massively appreciated! This has come about because my machine refuses to boot off USB, any ideas on that? Many Thanks!

Fixed the USB boot issue now - the boot mode for USB was forcing to CD-ROM for some reason.
