I'm looking for a dual washing machine/dishwasher nozzle adapter?

I have a single drain adapter fitted for my washing machine, and rather than cutting, drain pipes or replacing pipes,
I'm looking for a drain adapter that has two inputs on the one connection.
Not two seperate drains like this

Does such thing exist? I thought I saw one before, but went to B&Q and woodies and can see none, they both stock a similar "plumb it" range.

I didnt bother trying a buildrs providers or plumbers wholesalers yet as its one item and very small.

Currently the washing machine drain is pressed over the existing single connection,
    like this.

Anyone come across such a dual nozzle fitting? and where can I get one?

    Thanks,
I was hoping a dual spigot/y drain connection would be available.
As it'd have been the easiest to connect in without undoing anything, damn it why doesnt such a thing exist just to make my life easier :).

I suppose the thinking might be if two drains were used at the same time?

A y piece is available for supplying the cold water supply from one existing supply.

Yeah, I'd imagine there may be issues if both waste pipes were pushing water at the same time. The pumps or electronics might not work properly, as it'd be akin to a blockage with not enough water getting away.

I bought a proper u bend with two separate spigot adapters for two different appliances.
Got one in a plumbers wholesalers, it looks a bit better than the B&Q or the Woodies ones.
There was a bit of adapting with the supply line, needed an extra bit of supply hose and joined them both with a straight 3/4" union.
Running away, slight weep out of the supply but pinched it up a bit and looks good.

Need to re-do the shelf under the u bend as its ever so slightly longer than the original.
