Chevrolet Engine Valve fell into the engine.

    Where would I get a second hand engine for a Chevrolet Captiva in Ireland? Or in the UK or Europe and how much would it cost to ship? It is a Diesel engine. Is there any chance?

    Do I have any other options. Is there some place where they can rebuild the engine?

    There doesnt seem to be any big dealers in Ireland for Chevrolet, but maybe UK or Northern Ireland I would have a better chance.

    dropping a valve in a diesel too much damage done,cylinder head be scrapped and piston and conrod and cylinder possibly deep damage,looking at a few sites and dont mention chevy,get engine code off car might be same as dawoo.
    ivi do replacement engines they might have links to other sources.
