Looking for a recommendation for a good physio that has a good knowledge of running injuries. My own physio is good at treating injuries but am more interested in getting advice on the underlying causes/ issues leading to injuries.

Strongly recommend mark Keneally in cellbridge. Marathon runner and represented Ireland in London Olympics. Really nice guy and has helped me recover from several running related injuries. He knows his stuff...

Mark and Laura have moved and have a new website:

    http://performanceclinic.ie/

I'd definitely recommend them, I've always found them very helpful.

Cheers Dave - have appointment for tomorrow with Mark so hopefully will put me on the right road - especially now since you joined the sub 1:30 group without me! :D
