Cannot deal with stress in my life

I feel that I am at a very low point in my life right now. I am a student in my final year of college and I really cannot cope with the amount of work I have. I have no motivation to do any work and I'm feeling quite depressed.

I decided not to work for my final year of college so that I could really knuckle down with studying. However I had a breakdown during the period of my first set of exams and has severely damaged my chances of doing well.

I am constantly worrying about my health and have been in and out of the docs and this is also adding to my stress levels.

Everything seems to be building up on me at the minute. I have so much work to be done for monday and I don't know where to start. I'm constantly worrying 24/7 about my health and college. I keep wasting my time googling stuff about my health instead of using the time to study.

I really want to stop worrying and focus on my college work but I cannot find the motivation when I'm this worried

    Hi OP,

It has come to our attention that you have posted similar threads under your registered username along these lines before, and were advised to seek the help of a professional.

It was felt at the time that the posters in the Personal Issues forum have helped as much as they can, but due to the fact that the issues that you are dealing with seem to be ongoing, the advice given to you was to talk to your GP and see about getting help from a professional who is qualified to help you with the issues you list above and in your prior threads. That advice still stands. Please understand that this is in your best interests.

    Regards,
    Mike
