I haven't heard him on Today fm recently.

I presume when they moved to Digges Lane and stopped using the Tim Kelly Building that he wasn't best pleased and refused to present anymore

He hasn't had a permanent slot on today fm for a couple of years. He did the early breakfast for a year or so before Louise Duffy was given the job, Before that he took over the 10-midnight show when Ray Foley was promoted to lunchtime. In the late 90s-2000 he presented the daily mid morning show and Jenny Kelly was his producer but he was removed to make room for Ray d'Arcy and the rest is history....

He used to be on a fair bit last year in random slots, always remember him as he wouldn't shut up about his stupid ghost hunting.

I remember listening to his show as we'd always be trying to guess the year of the song, but in the last few days, he was complaining that he had to leave & thought how can Ray do a better show than me & was always casually mentioning that AMK in the morning was no relation to him (AnneMarie Kelly) even the newscasters would sigh if he mentioned something to them.

I also recall that Tim Kelly did stints presenting "Friday Night 80s Show" from 7:00-11:00pm just before "Nothing But 90s Show" on Today FM in the Noughties. You also had his regular mentions of the infamous imaginary "Tim Kelly Building" which may have become some form of Towers in latter days! He wasn't a bad broadcaster in fairness to him - I wonder where he is these days?

Didn't he give up his regular shifts so he could spend more time on irish ghost hunters?

Maybe he will stay there ? She must be starting on lunchtime very soon, Kc starts back on red fm in 10 days time.

Dempsey said that she was now off mornings, assume to prep for new show. Really hope Tim doesn't stay in the mornings, find him to be really cheesey and too much for that time of day

You're right there, he's your typical generic radio jock - brutal stuff. I'm up early in the mornings and used to enjoy Louise Duffy. I will now be switching to another station in the morning as I can't be listening to Tim.

Just saw on twitter, that Pamela, from the Ray D'arcy backroom team is in covering next week and Mondays and Tuesdays from then on.
