Bit of a puzzler..... any ideas would be a help.

Customer got new SKY HD box with no RF out. (Box is in attic)

Fitted IO Link, Terrestrial channels going through the link as well from attic aerial.

RF out of IO link straight into a 4 way, sky magic eye compatible dist amp.

4 tvs altogether, 3 are perfect, saorview and sky working fine.

One Finilux tv has no sound on the sky channel, even though they say it worked fine with the old sky box. Saorview has sound though.

    Tried fine tuning

Tried movin the tv to another point in the house.

Tried changing rf out channel on sky box.

    Tried changing various tv settings

    Faulty analogue tuner???

Can you change the sound system type? It needs to be PAL-I. It might be set to B/G or D/K.

Yup, change it to I and you should be fine.

I've seen it happen before on Vestel TV.

What I do is just manually add the analogue channel again, ensuring I is chosen, as for some reason, that's usually not the default option.

Yes I've seen it too on a Lidl Silvercrest and Walker Saorview TV when we had analogue terrestrial, on setup B/G was stored by default.
