while this spying is completely wrong and shouldn't be happening they were taking one frame every five minutes when the user was using the web cam on Yahoo's chat service, not remotely turning on cameras just to spy on kids.

This is getting ridiculous, especially after the NSA fiasco. At least will Yahoo encrypt all future communication:
