Televes problem help

Hi , we have a Televes digital receiver all of a sudden we have lost the sound on our tv , we also have saoirview on the same set and the volume is fine, the mute button is turned off , can anyone advise thanks

Check the scart lead you are using to connect the box to the tv, also the televes remote should have its own volume control make sure its actually turned up.
