Hi, I applied on line for this position and did an aptitude test, was then sent an email inviting me to take part in a Robot style interview, this went fine and they telephoned me today to invite me to an assessment/interview Monday- when I received the email with the details I seen this is a process which is 4 hour. Can people who may have done this explain this process, and give examples of types of questions etc. would really appreciate any assistance.

There's a long introduction at the start so you get a feel for the company and the different departments in it and then some group work and a quick 1-2-1 interview at the end.

Don't worry about the 4 hr thing, it will fly by.

Best of luck with it anyway.

does their be many at this assessment as far as I know theirs 8 positions for the job so probably 20 turn up for it?
