    CAN YOU TELL ME PLEASE IF A CUSTOMER OF MINE CLAWS BACK A DIRECT DEBIT UNDER THE 8 WEEK RULE DO I CONTINUE TO PROCESS THEIR DIRECT DEBT AS NORMAL EVERY MONTH OR AM I SUPPOSED TO CEASE F

    A SEPA Direct Debit refund form is separate to a 'Cancel SEPA Direct Debit Mandate' form. If you have not received the cancellation form then we would recommend that you continue this service on behalf of your customer.
