    Hi I am living in a house which is housing association voluntary housing . Does anyone know if I can swap to a different county on this. Thanks in advance

    Yes. Two ways: the council in the other area needs to accept you onto their housing list and have a house for you. Or you find a tenant in a house in the other place in a house also owned by the same organisation, who wants to swap with you (you need to check the rules that apply for your particuar housing association re this - at very least you will need to be up-to-date with your rent).

    That option would be a no ,as it stands the op is actually housed there fore they won't accept her on to any council list,

    A swap would be the best option but she would have to see if the house association/ co/op allow tenants to swap first ,
