Does anyone know where I can get 14" wheel trims for a VW polo? I really don't want to go to the main dealer because they'll just crucify me. I live in Carlow.

    Thanks

    Donedeal possibly.

You will more than likely spend more on petrol and time looking around for a cheap one than you will by just going to the main dealer for it.

Just the plastic trims? Wait for Aldi or Lidl to have an offer.
    Or Halfords/motor factors.

Got some here back a few years ago. And they were great quality:

That's a great site to be fair.

Do you want the original polo trims or any standard generic ones OP? I know I'd want the original type ones, but I'm fussy. That site Alanstrainor gave seems very good, and there's always ebay, as mentioned!
Edit: If I took the time to read your post properly, I would have seen that you want vw ones. Skimming through posts as usual

    Great site alright thanks.

My problem was that other 14" wheel trims that can be got from the likes of halfords and motor stores won't clip into the wheel properly. The original VW ones and little lugs on the trim that clip into the wheel, if anybody is familiar with them.

Try ebay. Extend search results to "European Union".

Got genuine VW wheel trims from German seller 2 or 3 years ago, ridiculously cheap. :)

Don't remember German translation for "wheel trims", try to find later, if you want.
