Grief and regrets

    Hi,
I lost my mother suddenly about 3 weeks ago and I am still in a daze. I have so many regrets and they are driving me insane. I know I am being somewhat irrational but I have so many "should haves" and I do not know how I am going to reconcile them.
There is also lots of anger but that is easing slowly. I just wish I could have 5 more minutes with her now.

It's very understandable to feel that way.

Did you have a good relationship?

It might help if you said the things you wanted to say out loud. I don't know why, but it helps me.

    Thanks for the advice.
Yeah we got on well but had ups and downs.
I feel I could have visited more etc.
    I will really miss her.
