    He played with BR5-49 as the 'Hill-Billy Allstars' at the MCD country festival a few years ago at Belvedere House Mullingar.
    Strong line-up then with Richmond Fontaine, Glen Campbell, Paul Brady, KK and plenty more.

    thanks for your reply, that must have been in 2007, the second year of the Midlands Festival, I think Steve Earle also performed.

    I missed it but was at the one in Ballinlough Castle, near Clonmellon, the year before, an excellent line up,

    Also played the Ulster American Bluegrass Festival in the Folk Park Omagh a few years back.
