    Hello,

    Hope you can help,

We are looking for a modern sounding non cheesy band for our wedding plus our venue is tiny and as a result we are looking at max. 4/5 piece band but finding it impossible.

We loved Papa Zitas from Cork but we feel that it could be a tight squeeze.

Does anyone have any other recommendations??

Have you been in contact with The Domino Effect?

I have no affiliation with them but have seen them out a few times and know they do weddings aswell, very good and definitely contempory.

We are able to cater for your needs. We're based in Kilkenny but have played in Cork before. Jenkinstown.

Hi, would a classic rock band suit? we are a five piece, from Cork City, play all classic rock and are a non wedding band, if they were one or two tunes you wanted we could learn them for you, We have a vibrant facebook page with live clips of us playing. If you are from Cork city, county, the cost would not go into four digits. If your interested, pm me for more details. Thanks.

Hi, Papa Zitas are indeed a great band, but if your looking for a smaller act that can deliver on style (no cheese), play a huge variety of styles, and are so easy to get on with, may I recommend our band The Hoots? PM me for further details. Best of luck with your search! Regards

You wont get a better band than the papazitas. seen them play every now and then for the past 3 years and they are exceptional. I was a guest at a wedding they played at in Fota before christmas-serious band!
If they can fit on cyprus avenue stage, they can fit anywhere. go for it.
