Tractor Work Lights on The Main Road

On the roads i am travelling at the moment i am meeting tractors in the morning and evening with their work lights on the front and back of their tractors, many of them only have a bale handler or small cow box, alot do have the flashing beacons too, these roads are national and secondary roads, the work lights do be very blinding as you approach the tractor from either direction, is their a law on work lights for a tractor on a public road and flashing beacons too?

They shouldn't be on. I hate that, some don't even bother to dim, not that it makes any odds with all the work lights on. Today's tractors have powerful lights and so many worklights it's off putting for oncoming cars when they're all on.

Beacons are so overused, other road users think nothing of them. Is it a big trailer or is it a wagtail behind the tractor?

Becons are a must, the more the better, but work lights should never be on. They aren't for the road.

But only used when necessary, so over used cars don't put any pass on them anymore, one nob down here goes around with beacon on jeep and trailer on national primary road??????

Beacons should be always on to highlight slow moving vehicle.

Something is needed to caution the car drivers that overtake other cars while meeting oncoming tractors.

Do they think tractors should jump in across the ditch just because a car is coming.
