What do i need to look for in a TV

I'm moving into a new place and want to buy a good tv. The apartment is plumbed for Sky already so has sat dish outside and cable into room. There is also a socket on the wall for a conventional TV plug (I haven't tested that to see if it works).

I don't want to pay a sky subscription, my plan is to have a smart TV that runs Saorview and Freeview without any external boxes. Are they two individual tuners that I need to look for in the TV? What are they called so I know what to look for?

I'm pretty sure this couldn't be the case but I'm going to ask the dumb question just incase... :o

I may end up buying off a UK site that wouldn't list an option for Saorview, does the fact that I want Saorview mean that I have to buy an Irish TV set or is saorview really just another generic tuner that I can request?
