Jayus received all 30+ plus orders in the last 12 months can't actually fault them even for returns of items of the wrong size from the ones ordered

Would agree with this. I have a mate who buys regularly with them. He even pays more for stuff the odd time cos its a trusted site for him. I think the op is missing part of his story. Maybe made a mistake with the address or some other detail

How can you say fraud based on one transaction? I have successfully used them about 6 times

    LOL, funny post OP.
Using these guys for 10 years and never an issue.

Could be the OP is the fraud. Is that you Mike Ashley?

Never had an issue with them, though its years since I ordered with them, think it was delivered by courier, that could be the issue.

Maybe you entered the wrong phone number OP.

'They cant contact their delivery service is odd, how long did they say you'd have to wait for a refund?

You still have the option of a chargeback to get you money back if it doesn't arrive.

Neighbor has same problem - think delivery went to wrong address/can't be traced & nobody taking responsibility - very sad

Been using it for about a year now and absolutely no problems.

Ordered stuff off them there at the weekend, when you try and track the package through interlinkexpress, what postcode should be used for Ireland?
I've tried entering the postcode on my delivery address that I provided them (D15) but get no results found. Mandmdirect site say that order has been dispatched

How would like someone to say you are a fraud or make a worse comment if they had only met you once?

I'd also advise you to try and understand what libel is.

To make such a ridiculous and scurrilous accusation about such a large and very reputable company is bordering on utter stupidity.

BTW - they have over 600 staff and have a turnover in excess of €140millon and have served over 34 millon customers
