    Hey all

I have a question on the remit of the Law Society under the above Regulations. If an online site, which advertises no win no fee services for personal injuries and has a Dublin address and phone number, but the solicitor firm behind this site (who is not mentioned on the site itself) is based in Northern Ireland, does this contravene the Regulations?

    Thanks!
