For sale Tacx Flow Package incl. Tyre and Wheel. Hasn't had much use as was getting out on the road more than I expected.

Tyre as new. Available for collection in Malahide. Not included in the pictures is the Tacx Skyliner Wheel Riser which will be included also in sale. Measures Power which is a great advantage over cheaper versions.

Includes Wheel, Tyre, Cadence Sensor, Manual and Steel Skewer. Note cassette will not be included.

quick question. i have zero experience with trainers. will this setup work with sufferfest videos?

Sufferfest is a series of videos that you can download and watch while you train. You then can manually adjust the trainer resistance to suit whether you are freewheeling, going up a hill or whatever. So to answer your question you can use Sufferfest with this as you can with all trainers.

To take this a stage further Wahoo Fitness and Trainerroad have integrated Sufferfest into their product offering in that the resistance is increased or decreased automatically using a bluetooth connection in line with the video. This offering is however only available for a few months and the trainer retails at €1200.

If you don't know much about trainers the Tacx Ergo flow is a good starting point.
