Interesting or Useful sites to waste time on

Anyone got any? When I'm bored I'll usually just come back here and see if anything useful has been posted, which it usually isn't. Or log into facebook and stare blankly before realising I just logged in 2 minutes ago. Found vocabularly.com which is ok but only last a few minutes at a time before I get bored of it. Anything simlar?

YouTube . Type in Cork 1962, Dublin 1965. Or watch the more up to date poo. Or look up the Filipino Susan Boyle sensation (although poor gugleguy got an indiiferent expression from a Philipino restauranter when he mentioned her) Really only viable if your have a gamer internet connection

Not quite a website but CGP Greys channel on youtube is very interesting as is Vsauce. CGP is a mix of various geographical information videos like How many countries are there? etc, very well researched and delivered videos. Vsauce is a by a Psychologist who answers various interesting questions like How hot can it get. Crash course is a mix of science and history. Well worth a look.
