Horizon TV Program Guide

I have a problem with the program guide on my Horizon TV box. The guide only has the current and next programme; everything else is marked "No programme information".

Any ideas?

No, and I'm not going to. It seems to be a bit better now, so I'll leave it for a few days. I've only had it for two weeks so I'm still getting used to the foibles. As has been said before, it seems to just be a bit flaky.

You may need to perform a reset (takes maybe 15 minutes). It could be something like a software update that didn't fully install. That should solve your issue anyhow

It seems to be working again now, and the apps have started working too. No Netflix on the apps side which is a shame, but not surprising given that UPC will want to push their own content.
