Why can't I make a transfer via Online Banking?

    Hi,
    I have ~1100 euro in my account, on the homepage of my internet banking profile I see this:
    "Current Account    1,134.62", but when I'm trying to do a transfer it says "available funds : 0.00" .

    Why is that?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    This can happen if you have lodged a cheque or draft and it is still clearing or if you have used your daily transfer limit. If you call BOI365 on 0818 365 365 a representative will be more than happy to check your account details and clarify this for you.
